Don't forget we are DOG FRIENDLY, bring Fido and enjoy our Cozy Southwest Studio.
This is the perfect location if you want to be centrally located to all Sedona has to offer! This Cozy little studio is walking distance to Whole Food, Natural Grocers, Starbucks, Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen. Other things close by (walking distance for some) is our local theaters, shops, Safeway, Bashas, uptown Sedona which offers shopping opportunities and restaurants, tours and activities, hiking trails and airport mesa lookout and trail.
PET: $150 FEE TO BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING.
Guests are allowed up to 1 dog (no other pets will be considered) provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Up to 2 dogs may be considered for an additional fee of $25. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (one dog) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bring an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.
