Desert Oasis in Sedona
There are several hiking trails and only a short distance to any location Sedona has to offer.
Don't forget we are DOG FRIENDLY, bring Fido and enjoy our Cozy Southwest Studio.
This is the perfect location if you want to be centrally located to all Sedona has to offer! This Cozy little studio is walking distance to Whole Food, Natural Grocers, Starbucks, Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen. Other things close by (walking distance for some) is our local theaters, shops, Safeway, Bashas, uptown Sedona which offers shopping opportunities and restaurants, tours and activities, hiking trails and airport mesa lookout and trail.
PETS:
Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Included with all reservations is Worry Free Cancel. Reservations can be cancelled with 100% refund from 60 days prior to arrival up until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing and sent to info@staysedona.com for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. If you must cancel your reservation outside of the 60 day window and inside of the 72 hour window, you are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Our standard policy is a cancellation fee of $150.00.
Things to note about this property:
The 2 units are separated by a 3 car garage which will likely be used at times during your stay. Please do not park in front of the single car garage.
While this home provides a great area for larger groups, please make sure the space and amenities are adequate and meet your expectations.
If a delivery happens to be left at the front door during your stay, I apologize. Delivery drivers are instructed to leave all packages in front of the single car garage and not interrupt guest.
While this property does sit just outside of Sedona AZ, it is located in a small neighborhood.
