  • What are the main attractions in the area?

  • Where can I get the wifi password?

    Most of our properties have a guest view digital display handing on the wall that include wifi password & property information.

  • Do all properties allow pets?

    Most of our properties allow pets. You can find out if a property allows pets by looking at the property description. To see if the property allows pets please refer to the property description.

  • Is there a pet fee/damage deposit (please visit property page for pet fee info?

    Yes. There is a non-refundable pet fee that varies by property size. To view the pet fee refer to the property description.

  • Are there any hiking, biking trails in the area?

    Sedona is well known for its many hiking and biking trails. For more information visit our activities page here.

  • Do you provide linens?

    We provide professionally laundered linens to each of our properties and make all beds prior to your arrival. We also supply a bathroom "starter kit" with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get you started on your vacation.

  • How can I make a reservation for therapeutic massage?

    Please call our concierge service directly at 928-282-0904 at least 24 hours in advance as therapy appointments may fill up quickly.

  • Where do I get my key to get into the home?

    Many of our homes have keyless entry. If keyless entry is not available a lock box will be onsite and we will provide you with a code for the box.

  • What if I have a major issue during my stay?

    We have 24/7 support available if an emergent issue arises at your property. Please contact us at 928-282-0904 to speak with a manager on duty. For all non-emergent issues, please contact our office during regular business hours between 6am-7pm Arizona time.

  • What is the check in/check out time?

    Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early arrival and departure times may be available for a small fee. Please contact our office prior to arrival between 6am-7am Arizona time to schedule an extension.

  • Can I request an early/late departure?

    Early arrival and departure times may be available for a small fee. Please contact our office prior to arrival between 6am-7am Arizona time to schedule an extension.

  • Is there a fee to use the hot tub/fire pit?

    Hot tub fees may vary by property. Please refer to the property description for any additional fees.

  • Can I switch houses?

    You may switch houses up until 72 hours in advance and pay the difference between the stay.

  • Do I have to bring my drivers license?

    Yes, it is required that you bring your drivers license or state issued ID to verify identity.
