SUMMER OCCUPANCY: 11 (ELEVEN PEOPLE). WINTER OCCUPANCY: 7 (SEVEN PEOPLE). **Please see below (in “Bedroom Layout”) to understand the maximum occupancy difference between winter and summer months. There are 2 cabins on this property and one is not accessible during the winter. Failure to read and understand the occupancy and layout, or to ask any questions you have about this rental PRIOR to booking will be solely the responsibility of the renter.

Located in Island Park Village near the golf course with easy access to restaurants, groceries and the west entrance to Yellowstone, our “Double Loop” cabin is perfectly centered for an endless number of adventures with your friends and family. Bring along (or rent from town) your snowmobiles or ATV’s to explore hundreds of miles of trails that surround the area right from the front door. After returning from a full day of fun, utilize our fully stocked kitchen or propane grill to prepare your favorite meals. Finish off the night by gathering around the fire pit and roasting some s’mores while discussing what’s in store for the next day of adventures!

~ West Entrance to YELLOWSTONE is about a 25 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ The nearest GROCERY store is Robin’s Roost (less than a half mile away)
~ Henry’s Fork runs right through the town, so grab your fishing poles and head to the water for some world class fishing!

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
Main Cabin (sleeps 7):
~ Washer/Dryer and bathroom are on the main floor
~ Upstairs bedroom w/ queen bed 
~ Upstairs Loft w/ queen bed, full bed, and twin bed (considering loft a bedroom)
Detached smaller cabin above garage available May 15th - November 1st ONLY (sleeps 4):
~ 2 bedrooms w/ queen bed in each
~ Shared 3/4 bathroom

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE REQUIRED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS. If your vehicle has minimal ground clearance or highway tires, even if it's an all-wheel drive vehicle, you MAY get stuck. We are not liable for driving conditions or guests getting stuck if they are not driving appropriate vehicles with appropriate tires and/or do not follow our driving directions. We can certainly refer you to a tow or plow company at your cost and tow/plow company's schedule/availability, should you need it. The county plows the roads. Please look at updated weather and road conditions, as sometimes the pass is closed temporarily while the county catches up on plowing. We will do our best to have the driveway plowed after every 6+ inches of snowfall. Please note that we are at the mercy of the snow plow company’s schedule. We highly recommend bringing a shovel for emergencies. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot be held liable for driving conditions.

While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
