This cabin is spacious, and gives you year round access to the incredible ATV/Snowmobile trail systems, hunting fishing, & everything Yellowstone has to offer. The property features seclusion with superb access in the heart of Island Park. You are 3 miles to the Henrys Fork to enjoy a day on the river. Or just stay at home, sit back, and relax next to the modern fire pit while taking in the views.

Lots of toys? No problem, the oversized driveway provides plenty of room for your trucks, ATV and snowmobiles. Bring your gear - roll a couple hundred yards to the trails - play hard all day then come back and enjoy the fire, spa and BBQ. Turn on the game in HiDef and connect with your friends and family. Grill your favorite cut of meat on the charcoal grill. Enjoy a night of peaceful surroundings with local Moose, Deer and Elk. Life is short, book now!

Other activities to enjoy including hiking, pond fishing, fly fishing, mountain biking, swimming in lakes and streams, kayaking, canoeing, wildlife watching, horseback riding, mountain climbing, and so much more ... if you want to do something, anything, you can find it here. The West Yellowstone gate is only 33 miles away!

ABOVE GARAGE: A loft with a queen (considering this as a bedroom). Bedroom with two single over single bunkbeds and a twin futon. One bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATION DATES INCLUDING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY, THE MAX OCCUPANCY IS REDUCED TO SIX PEOPLE, AS THE ACCOMMODATIONS ABOVE THE GARAGE ARE WINTERIZED AND NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS. ONLY THE MAIN HOUSE IS HABITABLE AND ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS DURING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY. This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow. To see exactly which dates in October/May are affected, please reach out to us PRIOR to booking to see if this will affect your potential reservation. It is your responsibility to understand the occupancy of the home during your specific dates.

**Kabino is the only company offering FREE trash service to its guests! Book with us to avoid hauling your daily garbage to the dump!

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE REQUIRED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS. If your vehicle has minimal ground clearance or highway tires, even if it's an all-wheel drive vehicle, you MAY get stuck. We are not liable for driving conditions or guests getting stuck if they are not driving appropriate vehicles with appropriate tires and/or do not follow our driving directions. We can certainly refer you to a tow or plow company at your cost and tow/plow company's schedule/availability, should you need it. The county plows the roads. Please look at updated weather and road conditions, as sometimes the pass is closed temporarily while the county catches up on plowing. We will do our best to have the driveway plowed after every 6+ inches of snowfall. Please note that we are at the mercy of the snow plow company’s schedule. We highly recommend bringing a shovel for emergencies. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot be held liable for driving conditions.
